Cellular data usage alert

Hi,

Is it a way to setup the iPhone or via an APPS to receive alerts on the display when some cellular data usage are reached ?

I.e After 100MB spent in roaming over cellular (not wifi) an alert is sent to the display - or/and that the data roaming turns off
