iphone camera records jumpy videos

I've had my Iphone 6 for a few months and its been fine but today all of a sudden when I use the video it plays back very jumpy and moves around a lot, kinda looking like the dream sequence from Waynes World. The only thing I did differently today was to use a different stand to hold the phone when recording.

Any one have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks
