i have an iPad 2. using iOS 8.1 updated recently. till yesterday was accessing hotmail accounts. this morning only blank page. tried restarting. tried going to settings and reset network settings. please help

Your next step is to connect it to your computer and Restore from your backup. Assuming you are backing up to your computer.
