I can't activate my Ipod, this server problem seems to be stuck.

- Powering off and then back on your router
- When connected to another network,
Apple is not reporting any problems with the iOS activation servers
Was it, at any time, jailbroken?
That didn't help.
The server is fine. What you're describing is a symptom of a device that is/was jailbroken or, if you're trying to activate using a computer with iTunes, a computer that was used to jailbreak, or attempt to jailbreak an iOS device.
Alright, how do I fix it ? .. my device isn't and wasn't jailbroken, I got Itunes a couple of days ago so I haven't used it before.
What is the exact message you're getting?
Your ipod touch could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your ipod touch to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes.

And what happens when you connect it to your computer running iTunes?

What country are you in?
Activation server has been unavailable for a day, can't activate Ipod.
