iPhone 6 battery not charging

I just activated my iPhone 6 yesterday and it charged for an hour or so and then stopped. I have tried 3 different cables, plugged into the wall or computer. Nothing works. I have erased all content and started from scratch. I have rebooted several times. Does anyone have a similar problem or a solution? I have a genius bar appointment later just in case.
