I Bought an iPad from someone and want to add the serial number to my profile. How do I do that?

look in settings -> general where the electronic version is located
the printed on on the back may need a magnifying glass to read
If the previous owner has removed the iPad from their support profile (if they haven't then contact them and ask them to do so) then you should be able to add it to your profile : https://supportprofile.apple.com/ - when you've logged in there should be an 'Add Products' link/button at the bottom of the list of products that are currently on your profile
