icloud works usability off line
Can icloud works programs be used when offline, especially if you dont have those programs as ios and osx downloads?
No, you must be connected to icloud.com via a browser to do anything with them.
You can export files in Office or pdf format for use offline on hardware with apps that will open .doc, etc.
