requested repair

hi, i have requested my iPhone to be replaced due to issues with the screen and operation system.

I was accepted, and they said i will receive a new iPhone 5, 7 days after they receive mine.

Do i mail it to them ? do they send me information on what to do next? if i do need to mail it to them or send it to them, how and where do i do so?
