Cracked my 5s and display doesn't work
i cracked the top where the camera on the front is and now display just has gray lines. I tried hitting the back on a desk and dropped it on the carpet but nothing has worked. Any tips?
iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.2
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at the nearest Apple Store and have the screen replaced. Try to make a backup of the device. It may not be possible with a cracked display though. Make an appointment and then make a backup.
