go to the payment details screen, and select NONE as the payment type, then choose done.

i know this way but none button is not available all what is written is visa , mastercard and 1 also but No none button
More specifically: Go to Store, Choose view my account, sign in, edit payment type - choose none, then done.
Similar process for iTunes store.
If none is not displayed, the only thing that I can think of is that your credit card info is either not valid, or not verified. Once you input a valid card & it is verified, you should have 'NONE' as an option.
