I honestly have no idea whats so ever on how to do this. Literally went into my apple store and we sent loads of things up to the cloud because my mac was so clogged up with stuff. but two of the movies i sent up can now not be located and i have no idea what to do, because i really do not want to buy them again.

Go to the Movies tab in iTunes on your Mac.
Click "iTunes Store" in the upper right. Then click "Purchased" on the right side about halfway down.
You can reload your movies from there.
You do not send things up to iCloud.
Not sure what you mean.
Not all content is available for redownload, and there is no guarantee that any particular content will be available for redownload in the future. You should store everything on your computer and back it up.
You can redownload some iTunes content as provided by sberman
