Missing iphoto books after update
I updated to Yosemite and did the necessary iphoto update and now my iphoto books that I had created are gone. Is there any way to retrieve them? Please help!

I have no idea. This is my first mac. I know it wasn't Mavericks because I never did that update. No special messages or anything. Looking through my iphoto library it seems like it's reverted to a very old library because it doesn't have most of the pictures or albums or iphoto books that I had imported to it.
I got it!!! I held down control when opening iphoto and selected a different library and it's all there! Apparently there was a default library then another one and everything was in the second one!!! So happy right now!
Good
