Prefs won't allow app to open; how to change

Hi

I downloaded Smilla, a little app I wanted to check out, but i get this popup window saying, "Your security prefs allow installation of only apps from the mac App Store and identified developers."

I looked under security but don't see how to change it so it can open. Any ideas?
