how to cancel icloud when i do not have ipod working anymore

How to cancel icloud storage plan when I no longer have a working ipod without spending another 90 minutes logging in and out my apple and icloud accounts with no options to cancel that I can easily find?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I understand that you are experiencing issues while trying to downgrade your iCloud storage plan. Do you have the iCloud for Windows application on your PC? If so, you can follow these steps to edit your storage plan:

Windows:


  1. Open iCloud for Windows or iCloud Control Panel.
  2. Click Storage if you're using iCloud for Windows. If you're using an earlier version of iCloud Control Panel, click Manage.
  3. Click Change Storage Plan.
  4. Click Downgrade Options.
  5. Enter your Apple ID password, then click Manage.
  6. Choose a different plan to use when your current storage plan expires.
  7. Click Done.
