MacAir will not shutdown
MAcAir book was in sleep mode, and will not shutdown. Rainbow wheel keeps spinning
iBook G4, Mac OS X (10.3.9), ishuffle 2nd generation, itunes 7.1.1
Press command + option + esc keys together to force a Force Quit.
If that doesn't help, press the power button for about 10 seconds.
