How do I uninstall install.mac?

When I type something into Google search and click the link, it takes me to a page of Bing search engine results. How do I stop this? I noticed something called InstallMac on my computer. If I just move that to the trash, will it solve my problem?

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

Click here and follow the instructions, or if there’s a type of adware not covered by them on the computer, these ones. If you're willing to use a tool to remove it(you don't need to, but may find it easier), you can instead run Adware Medic; this link is a direct download.
