iPhone 6 plus not charging, blue screen and constantly restarting

I just got my iPhone 6 plus less than a month ago. Today I noticed that it didn't charge over night, I got home and tried to charge it and it wouldn't charge. Then it started giving me a blue screen and restarting. I put it on the charger for two hours, and it constantly did the blue screen, restarting itself almost every five minutes. When I took it off the charger it wasn't even charged. It was at the same percentage.

Try resetting your iPhone. If that doesn't work do a restore to Factory:

Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).

Restore: Connect your iPhone to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select Restore to Factory

See here: Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings ...

If none of these works contact Apple Support for a replacement: Contact Us
