iTunes "stops responding" on startup

iTunes, ver 12.1.1.4, has stopped working. Every time I launch the program it "stops responding" immediately. I've uninstalled/re-installed, repaired and nothing works. I'm really frustrated. Ideas???

Solved my own problem. Just rebooted my laptop and all is well.
