When I open apps they keep crashing?
My iPad keeps saying low storage, maybe that has something to do with it. Like for example when I open Twitter it just closes out on its own, same thing with the App Stor. HELP

Yes, low storage is causing problems. You will have to delete some photos, videos, apps, etc. that you don't need so your iPad has some storage to work with.
