iCloud activation lock

iCloud activation lock

my little brother forgot his password to his iPhone 4

so to help him I reset the iphone than , it showed me the activation lock

and he does not recall his password or even his email and we are stuck something like

6 months and he has no phone ... I would be very glad if someone could help us..

I went to my service provider and they told that I should try and reach to apple support ,

they told me that only they can help..

He doesn't know the Apple ID that he added to the device for iCloud? Then go to iforgot.apple.com to try to recover it or remember it.

Otherwise, if you cannot remove the Activation Lock using the Apple ID & password, then you'll have to get a copy of your proof of purchaser from the retailer where you bought it, and be prepared to provide that to Apple when you contact them.
