icloud password forgotten

Hey guys

I would like to explain my issue coming with an Iphone 4s.

Unfortunately I forgot my icloud password, as well every other information. I tried to reset my pass through "Forgot my ID" apple support page but without any success, in this step i reach only the authorization of my birth date . Unfortuntely i entered something wrong during the creation of the id.

I would like to underline that the iphone is not stolen or something like that, The image which can be seen into icloud shows me in person can be proofed easily. I can forward my Passport copy to apple for verify it?

Could somone of you help me in this case? What can i do to solve this issue? (sorry for my bed english)
