What device are you trying to connect to?
Have you followed the directions that came with the device to put it in pairing mode?
i am trying to send my friend pictures through blue-tooth to his samsung phone. But my iphone blue-tooth is not able to connect.

iPhones do not support sending files over BlueTooth. Use email or MMS.
