Help. Locked out of MacBook Pro. I went to Terminal but there are no accounts listed to reset my password!

Some how my password no longer works to get me into my MacBook Pro. I've researched trying to find out how to reset it. I did go into Utilities and Terminal. When I arrived at the Terminal page and I typed "resetpassword", there is no account for me to select and it won't let me type anything...

Would greatly appreciate some assistance. I don't know what to do.
