Iphone 4s wifi freeze ios 8.1.3

a few days ago, my iphone4s was in ios 7.1.2 having wifi connection problem , like wifi drop off after connected 1 min. i even try the method in apple suggest like

-put on airplane mode

-restore all the network setting

i thought it was ios problem so i upgraded it to ios8.1.3 but same problem still occur but even worst now is freeze .i even try to recovery my iphone but still the same .

wat solution can i do ? x.x i would like to downgrade it back to ios 7.1.2

Back up your iphone via itunes and then click Restore iPhone. Chances are you have a bad update and/or you're doing the updates through wifi. Try restoring the iphone and it's firmware to see if this fixes the problem. It should fix it.
