facing internet problem

i have iphone5 s. it was working good but i found some problem in safari while searching anything, and also i cnt use the youtube, google chrom etc. while am searching something its showing i phone is not connected with the internet. but i can use the imo and voip calls. so i did reset the network settings twice. but am facing the same issue. now my ipohone version is 8.1.3.. please find me a solution as soon as possible.
