iMatch Query

We have a family PC running Win7, in which there are two separate iTune Libraries, under two separate log ins.

The computer and both libraries are authorized under two Apple ID's, mine and my son's.

If I subscribe to iTunesMatch, under my Ap,ID, will my son be able to take advantage of the service or will he require a serperate subscription?

We all have iPhones running IOS 8
