How much is an Apple Ipad 32GB I dont know what to spend for one. its used n they are asking 150.00 is that a fair price? Help me please...thanks

Research sold iPads in ebay or similar to see what they are selling for in whatever country you live in.

The best deal is $450 USD for a brand new 32GB iPad Air. I wouldn't buy anything earlier then a iPad 4 and I would only buy from someone I knew. There are just too many scams out there.
