The headphone port is broken

So whenever I put my earphones into my ipad I noticed that one earphone was not working, now none are working. After closer inspection I have found that my ipads earphone plug in place is pushed far into the ipad. It looks like it needs to be pulled up. I really want to fix this, I use earphones often and have had the problem for a while (only one earphone working) I always thought it was my earphones but I guess not. Help please 😟
