I have just bought a 2nd hand MacBook pro and need to wipe the previous owners details. How do I do that?

Hiya, so I've got this old MacBook Pro and need to wipe the admin user but have no password to work with. Can anyone tell me the easiest way to get rid of her and set myself up please? Thanks.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), MacBook Pro 1,1

You will need the original Tiger installation disks. Insert the install disk, open Disk Utility from the UTILITIES menu, erase the HDD and inatall the OSX. That will create your own Apple ID. The second option is to use a retail Leopard or Snow Leopard disk instead, but they do not come with all of the applications.
