Sync issues

im having trouble with getting my iPad to properly sync. I mean it says that I have photos on my iPad when I don't have any and it has more videos than I actually have. im using an iPad air and its 32 gb. I do also download via cloud.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
