Ipad2 sluggish after installing IOS 8

SInce installing IOS 8 my ipad2 is very sluggish to respond to anything, should i reinstall IOS 7?

You can't install an older iOS than is installed on your iOS device. Plus iOS has nothing to do with Classic. Please post in the right place:
