I have group messaging turned off on my iPhone, but my iPad doesnt give me the same option, nor does it allow me leave the conversation. Anyone have a solution or know if that will be fixed anytime soon? Nothing more annoying than getting messages from people I don't know to care about.

This only works with iMessages. If someone in the group was an Android user, this will not work. The option will not appear for you to leave the conversation. From what I can see, at least three of the four showing appear to be non iOS/Android users.
I Am going to ask the hosts to edit your screenshot. There is too much personal information showing.
