my ipad stuck on reboot loop shows the apple logo then home screen and loses battery power
my ipad2 has been stuck on this reboot loop and doesn't charge to 100%(stops at 98% at best). updated to iOS8 and still cant do a complete charge or use the i pad without it going off by rebooting
