iPod Touch 2nd generation Facebook messenger no notifications

Hy Everyone!

I have just started to use again my old iPod Touch 2g for music playing and browsing. I dowloaded facebook messenger, but i do not get the push notifications. Other apps like viber work fine. In settings, everything for notifications is enabled or turned on.

Can anyone help?
