What is the latest version of Safari for iPad 2?

I am using an iPad 2, iOS 8.1.3

I need to know if I have the latest version of Safari. According to "What's My Agent?", I am using Safari/600.1.4.

I have a shop on Etsy. They recently made some changes to their "Listing Manager". I mentioned a change from the previous version in comparison to the new version and received the answer to make sure I had the updated version of my browser.

So, do I?

The version of Safari is controlled by the iOS version. If you have iOS 8.1.3 as shown, you have the most recent version for the iPad. There is no way to upgrade it.
