Imported CD not in icloud

I have imported a CD (Greatest hits 1 of 2, CD 2 successfully went to icloud but not CD 1) to my itunes library. In icloud it shows matched but does not show the cloud. I cannot play the songs on any of my devices except my comptuer. How can I get the songs moved to the cloud?
