can not view slide show in macworld on safari

I've turned off click to plugin, adblocker plus but still to no avail. Works fine in Opera and Chrome and FF but not Safari.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), 2.7 GHz iCore5, 8MB Ram
