Edit email signature

When I updated my iPad to
iOS8.1.3 I lost my signature formats. The only one kept on it is original
formatting was the iCloud one. As I am using the signature by account, I
copy/paste the iCloud signature to Gmail and Yahoo accounts, but they were
pasted on different formats (size and font). How do I edit those signatures to
the formatting I want?
