My iphone 5 won't switch on error 27 in itunes
My iphone 5 switched itself off yesterday. I am trying to update rather than restore i have some very special photos and text conversations i need to keep. Can anyone help?

Have you tried resetting the phone? Hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). If the phone does not restart your photos and texts are already gone. You will have to restore them from your most recent iTunes or iCloud backup.
