Some of my purchases are missing from my library

There are some songs in my purchase history on iTunes that do not appear in my library. I have selected the "Report a Problem" next to each one and basically it just brings me here! The songs were purchases in April 2014. Can I re-download them? Have I lost them? I've paid for them so I should have them ... shouldn't I?!
