Q: Season Pass episodes not available

I bought a Season Pass for Better Call Saul.  I never get notified when a new episode is available.  New episodes don’t show up in my TV shows view.  “View available downloads” says I have already downloaded all content.  The new episode in iTunes store indicates it will charge me for the episode.  The only way to access new shows is to View Purchase History, click the Season Pass and click Report a problem. 

 

This can't be the way they designed Season Pass to work?

    Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you bought a season pass and are not receiving notification about new episodes and you have to report a problem to access the content. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

     

    iTunes Store download options - Apple Support

    When you buy a TV season or Season Pass, you'll see these options:

     

    • Later: Don't download any episodes now. You can download your episodes later from iTunes in the Cloud.
    • Download All: Download all available episodes.
    • Download: Download the earliest unseen episode of the season. For example:
      • If you haven't downloaded any episodes from a season, episode 1 of that season will download.
      • If you've previously bought or downloaded episode 3 of a season, episode 4 of that season will download.

     

    You can follow this to download TV shows if they do not automatically download.
