Sadly I dropped my iPad 2 on the floor, I have damaged a cornor of the iPad but it is still working well and the screen in anyway is not damaged. Is there anyway or anywhere where I can get the back replaced for a new one? And if so at what cost?

Apple does not replace parts on iPads. They replace the entire iPad and charge an out of warranty fee. I suggest that you either live with the dent or install a case that covers and hides the dent.
The only other thing you need to bear in mind, any visible damage can be grounds to void the warranty against manufacturer's defects (fair or not, visible damage will be blamed for any malfunction, even if it has nothing to do with it)
So live with it, cover it up, or be prepared to pay the out of warranty replacement fee to swap your dented ipad for an undented one.
