It restarts to the apple logo then fades to black and restarts itself again and has done this since about 10pm last night after using Snapchat, it crashed twice then began to do this. I can't sync it to my iCloud or anything because of this, and do not want to lose my contacts, photos etc.

The resource below will explain what to do if your iPhone keeps restarting. Was your iPhone set to automatically sync with iCloud? If so, you may have a fairly recent backup to fall back on if a restore is needed.
