Need help upgrading RAM on 2010 Mac Pro

I'd like to upgrade the RAM on my Mac Pro and I was hoping someone could point me to a place I can order the correct cards.

I currently have four 2GB cards, photo attached. I'd like to jump this machine up to 8 GB cards if possible.

DDR3 means something

It certainly does.It means a later design than DDR2 and earlier than DDR4 or DDR5. But it has nothing to do with triple channel.

You can replace DIMMs in these Macs (silver tower Mac Pro 2009 through 2012) by the each. The speed penalty for running two or four instead of the optimum three is quite small.

8GB DIMMs cost about what 2*4GB DIMMS cost, so don't buy smaller than 8GB DIMM. And don't buy larger unless you are willing to throw all others away -- larger than 8GB are Registered DIMMs and do not 'play nice with others'.
