So every time I try to sync my phone with my iTunes, a notice always shows saying the phone could not be synced because the iPhone has been disconnected.....when I haven't actually touched it....
any suggestions??

Well first make sure its fully plug in. then make sure you press ok when its says "Trust this devise" ( it will only come up the first time you plus it and and your iPhone has to unlocked). If that doesn't work go to the apple store because your wire or connection may not work.
try turning off auto lock before the sync
Ive tried this too, still no luck!!! so frustrating! my iPhone hasn't been backed up since jan! 😟
