Only 4871 mAh of full capacity left after 671 cycles

So, after just 671 cycles my MBA 13 mid 2012 has only 4871 mAh of full battery capacity left. In the battery menu it says "battery service".

I'm pretty disappointed by the very poor quality of a rather expensive Notebook.

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
