Combine Apple AOL ID with an exist Apple ID

How can i combine my old AOL Apple ID with my new Apple ID. My newer Apple ID is also 5 years old or longer.

AOL stop the support with Apple so i have to change my Account. But after type in my new Mail Adress Apple say: there already exist an Apple ID with this Email Adress.
