My 27" iMac is stuck in zoomed in mode

Whatever the mouse passes over zooms in and have been unable to get it to stop. Would appreciate any suggestions?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10), iPhone 6 Plus, iPad 3, Apple TV

Try

Command-Option-8

Turn Zoom on or off

Thanks Mike. The issue ended up being the VoiceOver option being turned on. Still not sure how it was activated, but when I turned it off everything went back to normal. Again, thanks for your help.
