I am new to Mac. What do I need in the world of mac to produce graphic elements ?

Hi,

I am new to the world of MAC and I am wondering what graphics utilities I need to get, to be able to produce graphic elements like I was able to in my old pc, corel 10 suite. (it was a photoshop with draw with animated 3d vector capabilities too.)

What are these utilities in MAC-speak?
