help with iCloud?

Since I updated my iPhone 5s to iOs 8.1.3 , I can't find my photo stream album on my iPhone. So i asked a friend and he said that i can find my iCloud shared photos in my all photos album but i can't. Because i delete my photos from my iPhone and keep them only in my macbook in the photo stream album, i don't know where to find and download to my iPhone my older pics that now exist in the photo stream album on the laptop. And i can't transfer them by using iTunes because it says that my iPhone can access photos in iCloud, but i have no idea how. Also i can't access my photos in iCloud drive on iPhone so how can i either transfer photos from the macbook to the iPhone or find my older photos in iCloud on my iPhone?? please help asap!!
